The food that we consume provides the raw materials that make our bodies what they are.  Normal wear and tear by living our daily lives dictates that even when fully grown, our bodies require constant repair and maintenance and the many processes of living, moving, exercising and keeping warm also require enegry which comes from the food that we eat.

A well balanced diet is essential if we value our health and vitality.  A healthy and varied diet will improve exercise performance, weight managment and healing time from injuries.  A strong body is less likely get ill or injured in the first place.
