NORDIC WALKING IN AND AROUND TUNBRIDGE WELLS

Nordic Walking is one of the world's fastest growing sports. It appeals to everyone from athletes to the typical non exerciser and it gets RESULTS! It's a great way to enjoy the great outdoors, whilst meeting others and increasing your fitness levels in the process. Not to be confused with trekking, Nordic Walking is a specific fitness training technique originally devised as a Summer regime for cross country skiers due to its ability to target 90% of skeletal muscles and provide effective CV conditioning. Nordic Walking is great for those with back, neck or shoulder problems, It reduces pressure on the knees and joints The propulsion gained from the specially designed poles makes it feel easier for the client to work harder than usual without fatigue.
